摘要
                
                    旅游业在灾中及灾后对信息的反应具有更高敏感性,需要涉旅主体在危机管理中实施信息联动以有效降敏。在当今世界灾害频发的态势下,完善的信息沟通机制对于推进旅游业灾后降敏至关重要。立足信息沟通视角,审视日本特别是冲绳在3.11重大灾害危机中与危机后,其旅游业如何通过激发旅游需求和提升旅游地吸引力等灾后降敏举措恢复生机,旨在为我国旅游业在新冠疫情后恢复乃至振兴提供启示与建议。研究表明:应重视定向型信息的标准化建设、自动型信息的法制化建设、自愿型信息的协同化建设。基于此,提出应加强信息共享与沟通机制建设,助推旅游业的灾后降敏。
                
                Tourism industry is more sensitive to information during and after disasters,so it is necessary for the tourism main bodies to implement information linkage in crisis management as to be effectively desensitized.In the current situation of frequent disasters worldwide,an effective mechanism regarding information communication is essential and vital for the tourism industry to lower its post-disaster sensitivity.From the perspective of information communication,this paper examines recovery cases of Japan's tourism industry,particularly Okinawa’s case.For rejuvenation,the measures adopted to stimulate tourist demands and enhance attractions of tourist destinations during and after the disaster are investigated for the possible applications and reference in China after the COVID-19 epidemic.The findings show that the standardization of directional information,the legislation of automatic information,and the collaboration of voluntary information should be emphasized.Henceforth,to promote the post-disaster desensitization of the tourism industry,special efforts should be given to the construction of an effective mechanism for information sharing and communication.
