摘要
目的:研究四维超声在妊娠中期胎儿畸形筛查中的应用价值。方法:将2017年2月至2018年2月在东莞市桥头医院接受妊娠中期胎儿畸形筛查的40例妊娠中期孕妇作为研究对象,对所有孕妇进行四维超声检查,分析胎儿的筛查情况。结果:本研究中,共有3例胎儿被诊断为畸形,胎儿畸形检出率为7.50%。经手术证实,四维超声对胎儿的畸形情况诊断准确率为100.00%。结论:在妊娠中期胎儿畸形筛查中,四维超声可较为准确地反映胎儿的生长发育情况,对胎儿畸形的诊断准确率较高,从而有利于控制畸形儿的出生率。
Objective To study the application value of four-dimensional ultrasound in the screening of fetal malformation in the second trimester.Methods From February 2017 to February 2018 in Dongguan Qiaotou hospital,forty pregnant women in the second trimester who were screened for fetus malformation in the second trimester were considered as subjects.Four-dimensional ultrasonography was performed on all pregnant women to analyze the fetal screening.Results In this study,a total of 3 fetuses were diagnosed as malformed,so the detection rate of fetal malformation was 7.50%.Surgery confi rmed that the accuracy of four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation in this study was 100%.Conclusion In the mid-pregnancy fetal malformation screening,four-dimensional ultrasound can accurately refl ect the growth and development of the fetus,and the accuracy of diagnosis of fetal malformation is higher,which is benefi cial to control the birth rate of deformed children.
