摘要
"三聚氰胺奶粉"事件以来我国奶业发展进入瓶颈期,近10年来我国奶业虽然在一定程度上回暖,但仍然没有达到理想的发展状态。笔者通过对奶业发展阶段的梳理,对奶牛存栏数量、原奶产量、奶制品产量,奶制品进出口额、国内外奶粉企业竞争格局以及各国原料奶质量指标进行详细的对比分析,阐述了目前我国奶业发展的主要制约因素,并提出加快构建新型奶牛养殖体系、提高乳制品质量以恢复消费者信心、提升企业竞争力及加强质量指标体系等建议,以期为我国奶业走出困境提供决策参考。
The development of China’s dairy industry has entered a bottleneck period since Melamine incident outbroken.Although China’s dairy industry has recovered to a certain in the past 10 years,it has still not achieved the desired state of development.In order to provide a ref-erence for China’s dairy industry to get out of difficulties,the author expounded the main constraints on the development of dairy industry in China and puts forward suggestions such as accelerating the construction of a new dairy farming system,improving the quality of dairy products,restoring consumer confidence,improving the competitiveness of enterprises,and strengthening the quality index system by combing out the stage of development of dairy industry and comparing the number of cow on hand,the original milk yield,the dairy product output,the dairy product import and export,the domestic and foreign milk powder enterprises competition pattern and the quality indicators of raw milk in various countries.
