摘要
目的分析2014-2018年贵州省公立医院的经济运行变化情况,为公立医院药品价格改革提供参考依据。方法收集贵州省185所公立医院数据,采用描述性分析和结构变动分析法对贵州省公立医院的门诊和住院收入的结构变动情况进行研究。结果 2014-2018年贵州省公立医院药占比逐年下降,门诊收入中药品收入结构变动度贡献率为23.77%,呈负向变动,住院收入中药品收入结构变动贡献率为23.97%,呈负向变动。结论药品价格改革对医院经济运行有影响,建议合理调整医疗服务价格,建立科学的药品补偿机制,提高技术性服务收入。
Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the changes of economical operation of public hospitals in Guizhou province from 2014 to 2018,in order to provide a reference for the reform of drug prices in public hospitals.Methods The data of 185 public hospitals in Guizhou province were collected,and descriptive analysis and structural change analysis were used to study the structural changes of outpatient and inpatient income in public hospitals in Guizhou province.Results From 2014 to 2018,the proportion of drug income in public hospitals in Guizhou province decreased year by year.The contribution rate of drug income structure change in outpatient income was 23.77%,showing a negative change,and the contribution rate of drug income structure change in hospitalization income was 23.97%,showing a negative change.Conclusion The reform of drug price influenced on the economical operation of hospital.It is suggested that the price of medical service should be adjusted reasonably,the mechanism of drug compensation should be established scientifically,and the income of technical service should be increased.
