摘要
目的:探究透刺经筋法联合甲钴胺穴位注射对周围性面瘫患者面神经功能的影响。方法:选取周围性面瘫患者102例,根据治疗方案不同分组,各51例。对照组给予常规治疗(改善循环、营养神经、抗病毒等),观察组于对照组基础上加用透刺经筋法、甲钴胺穴位注射,2组均持续治疗1个月。对比2组治疗前后神经功能分级(H-B)评分、面瘫Portmann评分、面部残疾指数(FDI)、面部生物电信号差(提唇上肌、咬肌)、血清Th17细胞表达。结果:治疗后观察组H-B评分较对照组低,Portmann评分较对照组高;治疗后观察组FDIS较对照低,FDIP较对照组高;治疗后观察组提唇上肌、咬肌生物电信号差较对照组低;治疗后观察组血清Th17细胞表达较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义。结论:透刺经筋法、甲钴胺穴位注射联合治疗周围性面瘫患者,可有效改善面神经功能、残疾指数、生物电信号差距,其作用机理可能与降低血清Th17细胞表达有关。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint injection of transcutaneous acupuncture combined with Mecobalamin on facial nerve function in patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:102 patients with peripheral facial paralysis from September 2016 to April 2018 were selected and divided into different groups according to the treatment plan,51 cases each.The control group was given routine treatment(improve circulation,nutrition nerve,antiviral,etc.),the observation group was added to the control group with the method of penetration of acupuncture through tendons and acupoint injection of mecobalamin,both groups were treated for one month.Before and after treatment,H-B score,portmann score,FDI,bioelectric signal difference(levator labial muscle,masseter muscle)and Th17 cell expression in serum were compared between the two groups.Results after treatment,the H-B score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the portmann score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the treatment of peripheral facial palsy with penetration of acupuncture and acupoint injection of mecobalamin can effectively improve facial nerve function,disability index and bioelectric signal gap,and its mechanism may be related to the decrease of serum Th17 cell expression.
