摘要
总结何常春主任在治疗周围性面瘫的临床经验。何主任认为,应根据面瘫的不同分期采取不同的治疗方案。急性期风邪袭表,疾病可进行性加重,治疗上宜用泻法浅刺,引邪外出,取耳穴揿针埋针配合毫针疏风解表通络;静止期疾病发展到达高峰,在急性期的基础上加体针,同时配合透刺清热活血,疏经通络;恢复期正气虚损,治疗上予揿针、毫针、火针联用调理脏腑气血。这一治疗方法经过何主任多年临床实践得到验证,临床疗效良好,值得在临床治疗中不断研究和推广。
To summarize the clinical experience of professor He Changchun in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.He believes that different stages of facial paralysis should be based on different treatment programs.The pathogenic wind attacking the exterior and gradually aggravates in acute period.Dispelling wind relieving exteriors and dredging the menridians by auricular press-needle plus acupuncture needle with the shallow puncture and reducing methods.The disease reaches its peak in the rest period.Clearing heat,promoting blood circulation,free the meridians and collateral vessels by body acupuncture and penetration acupuncture on the basis of the therapies used in the acute period.Due to deficiency of vital energy in recovery period,press-needle,acupuncture needle and fire needle are combined to regulate Qi and blood of viscera.This therapeutic method has been verified through years of clinical practice by professor HE,and the clinical effect is good,which is worthy of continuous research and promotion in clinical treatment.
