摘要特色专业是地方开放大学根据地方经济社会发展需要而自主建设的具有一定独特性的专业。乡村振兴要求地方开放大学建立具有特色的专业结构,加强专业内部的特色化改造与建设,积极开拓新的专业领域。面对乡村振兴战略的现实需要,地方开放大学要以化解乡村人力资源空心化问题为核心目标,以创新为动力持续优化专业特色,以基层办学单位为主体开展特色专业建设。在具体的建设路径上,地方开放大学特色专业建设要设计多出口的专业目标定位,创建具有区域特色的专业文化,组建多层级专业师资队伍,建立特色课程体系,构建多元化教学组织形式。 Characteristic specialty is a specialty which is built independently by local open university according to the needs of local economic and social development.The rural revitalization requires local open universities to establish their own distinctive specialty structure,strengthen the characteristic transformation and construction within the specialty,and actively explore new specialty fields.Facing the realistic needs of rural revitalization strategy,local open universities should take the solution of rural human resources hollowing out as the core goal,take innovation as the driving force to continuously optimize professional characteristics,and take grassroots school running units as the main body to carry out characteristic specialties construction.In the specific path of construction,the construction of characteristic specialties in local open universities should design multiexport specialty goal orientations,create the specialty culture with regional characteristics,organize multilevel professional teaching staff,establish the characteristic curriculum system,and construct the diversified teaching organization form.
