车用新型18650型锂离子电池的制备

Preparation of a New Type 18650 Lithium-ion Battery for Vehicles

摘要 锂离子电池作为一种新能源已有二十多年的历史,文章采用先进的三元材料镍钴锰酸锂为正极,人工石墨材料为负极,经过一系列过程制备成车用的大功率锂离子电池,在大电流放电条件下,即5C放电倍率可以达到初始容量的95%以上,1.0C循环1000次以上仍可以保持最初容量的90%,作为汽车用的新型电池具有很大的应用潜力。 As a new energy,lithium-ion battery has a history of more than 20 years.With the advanced ternary material nickel cobalt manganite lithium as a positive electrode and artificial graphite material as the negative electrode,high power for vehicles Lithium-ion batteries under high-current discharge conditions is made,that is,the discharge rate at 5C can reach more than 95% of the initial capacity,and the battery can maintain 90% of the original capacity after 1000 cycles of 1.0C.The new type of battery for automobiles has a great potential for application.
