连铸结晶器内坯壳安全凝固的研究 被引量:5

Study on safe solidification of the billet in continuous casting mold

摘要 为了避免连铸结晶器内坯壳凝固厚度不足,易出现断裂拉漏的危险,需要对结晶器出口处坯壳安全厚度进行研究。通过建立凝固数学模型,对热流密度边界条件进行设计,模拟结晶器内钢液的液相分数,推导结晶器出口处坯壳厚度。采用经验安全厚度与模拟坯壳厚度对比,验证边界热流密度的准确性。进行Gleeble热/力高温力学试验,分析连铸坯材料高温屈服极限及高温弹性极限,应用高温屈服极限界定坯壳出结晶器时安全温度范围,应用高温弹性极限及安全温度范围对坯壳出结晶器时经验安全厚度进行修正。 In order to avoid the insufficient solidification thickness of the billet in the continuous casting mold,and the danger of fracture and leakage,it is necessary to study the safe thickness at the exit of the mold.Through establishing a mathematical model of solidification and designing the boundary conditions of heat flux density,the liquid fraction of molten steel in the mold is simulated,while the thickness of the billet exit is derived.The comparison between the empirical safe thickness and simulated thickness is to verify the accuracy of the boundary heat flux density.Through the Gleeble thermal/force high temperature mechanical test,the high temperature yield limit and high temperature elastic limit of the material of the continuous casting slab is figured out.The high temperature yield limit is used to define the safe temperature range when the billet is out of the mold,and the high temperature elastic limit and safe temperature range are used to modify the empirical safe thickness when the billet is out of the mold.
