摘要
目的探讨蒙古族中小学生体质指数的影响因素,为体育保健及学校健康教育提供理论依据。方法选取了能够代表蒙古族集居区的通辽市科左后旗、科左中旗、库伦旗、科尔沁区的蒙古族中小学校学生进行体质指数调查。采用逐步回归方法对数据进行统计分析。结果逐步回归分析结果表明,复相关系数R2=0.96,标准估计误差为0.68365。蒙古族中小学生体质指数的影响因素有:城乡、年龄、身高、体重、胸围、脉搏、肺活量、握力、力量、耐力、柔韧性、舒张压、坐高等共13个因素。结论要在蒙古族学生中普及体质指数的相关知识,开展合理健康教育,树立健康的生活方式,有利于蒙古族儿童青少年身心共同成长。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of body mass index(BMI)of Mongolian primary and middle school students,so as to provide the reference for improving the health education.Methods The Mongolian primary and middle school students of Kezuo Houqi,Kezuo Zhongqi,Kulun Banner and Kerqin Mongolian in Tongliao City,which could represent the Mongolian concentrated areas,were selected as the research objects and were investigated in 2014.The data were statistically analyzed by the stepwise regression method.Results The stepwise regression analysis showed that the complex correlation coefficient R2 was 0.96 and the standard estimation error was 0.68365.Finally,the independent vari ables that entered the regression equation were 13 BMI influencing factors:urban/rural,age,height,weight,chest circumfer ence,pulse,vital capacity,power of gripping,strength,endurance,suppleness,diastolic blood pressure,and sitting height.Conclusion It is necessary to popularize the knowledge of BMI among Mongolian primary and middle school students,establish a healthy lifestyle,carry out the reasonable health education,and understand their physical changes in time,so as to promote their healthy growth and development.
