摘要
随着能源的日益短缺,重质原油轻质化的加氢裂化工艺以轻质油收率高,产品质量好的突出特点在石油化工行业中得到的广泛的运用。加氢裂化加热炉是加氢裂化装置的重要设备之一,其操作条件十分苛刻,本文就某厂400万t/a加氢裂化装置中加热炉炉管材质的选择及强度设计,管架和炉衬的结构设计加以探论。
With the increasing shortage of energy resources,the hydrocracking process of lightening heavy crude oil has been widely used in the petrochemical industry with the characteristics of high yield of light oil and good product quality.Hydrocracking heating furnace is one of the important equipment of hydrocracking equipment,and its operating conditions are very harsh.This article focuses on the material selection and strength design of heating furnace tube in a 4 million tons/year hydrocracking unit of a plant.The structure design of furnace lining is discussed.
