摘要
目的:探讨噻托溴铵联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能、运动耐量、不良反应的影响。方法:2018年5月-2019年2月收治COPD患者96例,分为两组,各48例。对比组采用常规治疗,试验组采用噻托溴铵联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗。比较两组治疗结果。结果:对比组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1pre水平明显低于试验组,试验组运动耐量优于对比组,对比组不良反应发生率明显高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:噻托溴铵联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗COPD效果优异。
Objective:To explore the effects of tiotropium bromide combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation on pulmonary function,exercise tolerance and adverse reactions in patients with COPD.Methods:96 COPD patients were selected from May 2018 to February 2019,they were divided into the two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with tiotropium bromide combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The indexes of FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1pre in the control group were significantly lower than those in the experimental group,and the exercise tolerance in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse reaction in control group was significantly higher than that in experimental group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiotropium bromide combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation is effective in the treatment of COPD.
