摘要
自国家提出“大众创业、万众创新”的口号以来,各地区、各领域、各行业都掀起了“双创”热潮。作为双创人才的培育基地,高校起到了至关重要的作用。高职院校虽然已经开展实施了创业教育,但目前仍存在思想认识不足、师资薄弱、投入不足等问题。本文从转变创业教育理念、打造专业教师队伍和落实保障措施等方面提出解决问题的办法,希望可以在一定程度上提高高职院校的创业教育效果。
Since the country put forward the slogan of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",all regions,fields,and industries have set off a wave of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.As a base for cultivating entrepreneurship and innovation talents,colleges and universities have played a vital role.In higher vocational colleges,although entrepreneurship education has been implemented,there are still problems such as insufficient ideological understanding,weak teaching staff,and insufficient investment.This paper proposes some solutions such as changing the concept of entrepreneurship education,building a professional teacher team,and implementing supporting measures,hoping to improve the effect of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges to a certain extent.
