摘要
表面织构技术作为一种能够有效改善摩擦副摩擦学性能的表面改性手段逐渐成为国内外最具潜力的研究方向之一。本文以槽状织构形貌为研究对象,研究了运动角度对织构表面干摩擦性能的影响,并深入分析了织构运动角度对摩擦副干摩擦性能的影响机理。研究发现,在面积占比17%条件下,当运动角度大于45°时表面织构具有减磨作用,且运动角度为60°时减磨效果最佳,织构化摩擦副中的对磨球磨损量均高于无织构摩擦副。
Surface texture, as a surface modification method which can effectively improve the tribological properties of friction pairs, has gradually become one of the most potential research directions at home and abroad. In this paper, laser surface texture technology is used to process groove texture. The effect of motion orientation on the dry friction properties of the textured surfaces is studied, and the influencing mechanism ofmotion orientation on the friction properties of the friction pair is deeply analyzed. Results showed that under the condition of 17% area ratio, the surface texture can reduce the friction when the motion orientation is greater than 45 degrees, and 60 degrees is the best. The grinding balls wear amount of the friction pairs is higher than that of the non-texture friction pairs.
