综采工作面过陷落柱安全技术措施分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了保证8102工作面安全快速过X7陷落柱,防止过陷落柱期间陷落柱围岩煤体出现破碎、片帮、瓦斯超限等情况,提高液压支架的支护强度,决定在过陷落柱期间采用注浆加固技术,并提出了合理、有效的安全施工措施。经过实际应用发现,采取安全技术措施后,工作面过陷落柱回采速度提高至6.4 m/d,提高了陷落柱顶板的稳定性,取得了显著的应用成效。 In order to ensure the safety and speed of 8102 working face passing through X7 collapse column,prevent the surrounding rock of collapse column from breaking,spalling and gas overrun during the period of passing through collapse column,improve the support strength of hydraulic support,it was decided to adopt grouting reinforcement technology during the period of passing through collapse column,and put forward reasonable and effective safety construction measures.Through practical application,it was found that after adopting safety technical measures,the mining speed of the working face through the collapse column was increased to 6.4 m/d,the stability of the subsided column roof was improved,and remarkable application results were achieved.
