摘要
目的:对高频超声联合低频超声在诊断急性阑尾炎中的应用价值进行分析。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月~2019年1月某院收治且经病理诊断为急性阑尾炎的200例患者的数据资料,先使用高频超声进行检查,然后再进行低频超声进行检查,对比高频超声与高频超声联合低频超声检查结果。结果:高频联合低频检查检出单纯性阑尾炎、化脓性和坏疽性阑尾炎准确率高于高频超声检查检出准确率,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种检查方式检出阑尾周围脓肿准确率比较并无差异(P>0.05)。结论:高频超声联合低频超声在诊断急性阑尾炎中有着重要的应用价值,极大的提高了诊断准确率,为临床治疗提供了科学的依据,值得在临床中广泛推广与使用。
Objective:To analyze the value of high frequency ultrasound combined with low frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods:The data of 200 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to a hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were firstly examined by high-frequency ultrasound,then by low-frequency ultrasound.The results of high-frequency ultrasound and high-frequency ultrasound combined with low-frequency ultrasound were compared.Results:The accuracy of simple appendicitis detected by high-frequency combined with low-frequency examination was higher than that by high-frequency ultrasound(P<0.05);There was no difference in the accuracy of detection of periappendiceal abscess between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound combined with low-frequency ultrasound has important application value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis,which greatly improves the diagnostic accuracy and provides a scientific basis for clinical treatment.It is worth popularizing and using widely in clinical practice.
