摘要
因使用功能的需求,某砌体结构学生公寓进行了整体改造。文中介绍了对砌体结构改造项目进行检测鉴定的方法。根据检测鉴定报告和国家相关规范,结合工程实际情况,研究并制定了详细的改造加固设计方案。可供今后相似工程的检测鉴定与加固设计参考。
A student apartment with masonry structure has been renovated as a whole,due to the demand of using function.This paper introduces the method of detection of masonry structure renovation project.The detailed scheme of reconstruction and reinforcement design is formulated,according to the testing report and relevant national standard,combined with the actual situation of the project.It can be used as a reference for the detection and reinforcement design of similar projects.
