随着房地产行业的发展,管理手段不断创新,大数据管理已成必然趋势。电建地产顺应发展趋势,以公司战略规划和业务发展为导向、以公司管理体系再造成果为蓝本、以“价值创造”为核心,构建以“大数据”为中心的运营数据管理系统。通过整合公司运营与数据报表,从横向“计划+全面预算”、“利润+现金流”双重主线,纵向“楼栋-组团-项目-区域-总部-决策分析”六大层级,构建两级数据管控体系,从而对运营数据进行规范化分析管理,助力公司落实“十三五”发展战略。为公司2020年开始数字化转型,建立数据应用模型,实施大数据管理奠定基础。
With the development of the real estate industry and continuous innovation of management methods,big data management has become an inevitable trend.Power Construction Real Estate complies with the development trend,takes the company's strategic planning and business development as the guide,takes the company's management system as the blueprint,and takes"value creation"as its core,and builds a"big data"-centric operating data management system.By integrating the company's operations and data reports,from the horizontal main line of"planning+comprehensive budget","profit+cash flow",and vertical"building-group-project-region-headquarters-decision analysis"six levels,a two-level data management and control system is built to standardize analysis and management of operational data and help the company implement the development strategy of the 13th Five-Year Plan,so as to lay the foundation for the company to start digital transformation in 2020,establish a data application model,and implement big data management.
