摘要
供配电的可靠性是DCS/ESD平稳运行的前提条件。为解决目前重庆天然气净化总厂DCS/ESD供配电存在的问题,提高天然气净化厂DCS/ESD供配电的可靠性,通过对其存在问题的具体分析,并结合多年生产实践经验和相关规范标准要求提出冗余供电、利用电源模块报警功能、优化端子柜和电源分配柜的配电方式、合理设置24 V DC供电线路保护端子等改进措施,并就UPS的使用问题进行探讨。改进措施的实施有效地提高了DCS/ESD供配电的可靠性及稳定性,从而实现了DCS/ESD安全平稳运行的目的。DCS/ESD供配电优化措施对新建或已建DCS/ESD工程具有一定的借鉴作用。
The reliability of power supply and distribution is the precondition of DCS/ESD stable operation.In order to solve the existing problems of DCS/ESD power supply and distribution in Chongqing Natural Gas Purification General Plant and improve the reliability of DCS/ESD power supply and distribution in natural gas purification plants,some improvement measures are put forward through the specific analysis of the existing problems and combined with many years of production experience and the requirements of relevant specifications and standards,such as redundant power supply,using the power module alarm function,optimizing the power distribution mode of terminal cabinet and power distribution cabinet,reasonably setting the protection terminal of 24V.DC power supply line,and the use of UPS is discussed.The implementation of the improvement measures can effectively improve the reliability and stability of DCS/ESD power supply and distribution,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of DCS/ESD.The optimization measures of DCS/ESD power supply and distribution can provide some reference for new or existing DCS/ESD projects.
