摘要
通过对不同质量指标熟料与系列助磨剂之间的性能测试分析,研究助磨剂组合对不同质量指标熟料的强度影响关系。研究表明:T2、T4、T5助磨剂综合表现较好,在28 d强度方面,T系列助磨剂对于C3熟料强度增长率数据集中度好,对于C2、C4熟料强度数据离散性大。熟料3 d、28 d强度增长率与T系列助磨剂掺量的相关系数R>0.9,其中与3 d强度相关系数R> 0.95。助磨剂有效掺量起点0.01%,饱和点分别为0.02%和0.025%。助磨剂对于KH值较低的熟料3 d强度促进作用高于KH值较高的熟料。
The influence of the combination of grinding aids on strength of clinker with different quality indexes was studied by testing and analyzing the properties of clinker with different quality indexes.The results showed that the comprehensive performance of T2,T4 and T5 grinding aids was good.In terms of 28 d strength,T series grinding aids have a good concentration degree for C3 clinker strength improvement rate data,and a large dispersion degree for C2 and C4 clinker strength data.The correlation coefficient R that between the 3 d and 28 d strength improvement rate of clinker and the content of T series grinding aids was greater than 0.9,and the 3 d strength correlation coefficient R>0.95.The effective mixing amount of grinding aids starts at 0.01%,and the saturation point were 0.02%and 0.025%respectively.The effect of grinding aids on 3 d strength of clinker with lower KH value was higher than that of clinker with higher KH value.
