摘要
新时代高职院校思想政治教育的育人目标应体现为学生对于所学能真正做到“内化于心”且“外化于行”,这取决于思想政治教育能否引起学生的共鸣,能否让学生有获得感。教育者要注重理论认知到实践能力的转化,引导学生在生活实际中,运用理论解决问题和困惑,让学生真实体验到学有所获、学有所用,从而使其在由“知”向“行”外化过程中,产生从“要我做”向“我要做”的质的飞跃,并在生活实践中通过“行”来检验“知”,最终实现“知行合一”。
The goal of Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges should be embodied in students’internalization of what they have learned and externalization of what they have learned in the new era.It depends on whether the ideological and political education can arouse the resonance of students,and whether they can get a sense of it.Educators should pay attention to the transformation from theoretical cognition to practical ability,guide students to solve problems and puzzles by using theory in their daily life,and let them truly experience that learning can be gained and used,so that in the process of externalization from“knowledge”to“practice”,they can make a qualitative leap from“Ask me to do”to“I want to do”.In life practice,knowledge is tested by“action”,and ultimately the unity of knowledge and action is realized.
