摘要
采用SD雄性大鼠作为模型动物进行高脂饲料喂养以建立超重、肥胖模型,研究低、正常、高蛋白质摄入量对低能量摄入状态下的超重/肥胖大鼠骨骼肌相关激素的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,干预组的进食量、摄入能量、脂肪摄入量、脂肪供能比、骨骼肌重量、蛋白含量、蛋白重量、体重显著降低(P<0.05);雌二醇、睾酮、一氧化氮合成酶、胰岛素样生长因子-1、生长激素、皮质醇含量显著增加(P<0.05),其中低能量正常蛋白组、低能量高蛋白组胰岛素含量显著升高(P<0.05)。说明增加蛋白质摄入量提高了大鼠骨骼肌相关激素的水平,但需调整好三大产能营养素供能比才能有效促进骨骼肌蛋白合成。
SD male rats were used as model animals for high fat diet to establish overweight and obesity models.The effects of low,normal,and high protein intake on skeletal muscle-related hormones in overweight/obese rats under low energy intake were studied.Compared with the control,the dietary intake,energy intake,fat intake,fat energy supply ratio,skeletal muscle weight,protein content,protein weight,and body weight for rats in the intervention groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),the estradiol,testosterone,the content of nitric oxide synthase,insulin-like growth factor-1,growth hormone,and cortisol increased significantly(P<0.05);the insulin content increased significantly(P<0.05)in the groups of low-energy normal protein and low-energy high-protein group intake.The results implied that increasing protein intake increased the levels of skeletal muscle-related hormones in rats,but the energy supply ratio of the three major capacity nutrients must be adjusted to effectively promote skeletal muscle protein synthesis.
