摘要 现有矿用设备开停传感器在使用过程中,易受相邻线缆磁场干扰或环境磁场影响而产生误报。针对此问题,本文提出了一种基于基准线圈辅助检测的矿用设备开停传感器设计方案。传感器由并列放置、方向垂直的两个线圈共同检测。通过基准线圈感应干扰信号磁场强度作为参考信号,检测线圈感应到的磁场信号与基准信号进行比较处理,实现对矿用机电设备启停状态的精确判断。 In the process of using the existing mining equipment start-stop sensor,there is a problem that the magnetic interference of the adjacent cable is affected by the magnetic field interference of the adjacent cable or the influence of the environmental magnetic field.Aiming at this problem,a design scheme for mine equipment start-stop sensor based on reference coil auxiliary detection is proposed.The sensor is jointly detected by two coils placed side by side and perpendicular in direction.The magnetic field strength of the interference signal is sensed by the reference coil as a reference signal,and the magnetic field signal sensed by the detection coil is compared with the reference signal to accurately determine the start-stop state of the mining electromechanical equipment.
