摘要
本文主要以南通理工学院为例,讨论了民办本科高校大学生职业生涯发展与生涯教育现状,分析该校在大学生职业生涯教育方面的教育实践,同时结合本校实际情况有针对性地提出解决方案及行动建议,以期解决民办本科高校大学毕业生的实际就业问题。
This paper mainly discusses the current situation of career development and career education of college students in private colleges and universities,taking Nantong Institute of Technology as an example.And this paper also analyzes the educational practice of the institute in the aspect of career education of college students,and at the same time puts forward solutions and suggestions according to the actual situation of the institute,in order to solve the practical employment problem of college graduates in private colleges and universities.
