大型石面材雕塑安装施工方案优化 被引量:3

摘要 为解决大型石面材雕塑施工周期长、内部混凝土模板加工及安装困难等问题,将原来先施工内部结构,后施工外部石面材的施工方案优化为先施工外部石面材,后施工内部结构。在雕塑石面材背部安装膨胀螺栓及连接角码,通过焊接在连接角码上的钢筋与内部结构连接,同一层石面材全部安装完成后即成为内部混凝土浇筑的模板,待内部混凝土浇筑后即与外部石面材成为一个整体。该方案成功应用于广东韶关曹溪文化广场无相佛雕塑的施工过程中,确保了雕塑按业主要求的工期完成,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。 To solve the problems such as the long construction period of large stone surface sculpture and the difficulty of internal concrete formwork processing and installation, the original scheme of internal structure construction followed by external stone surface construction is optimized to construct external stone surface material first and then internal structure. The expansion bolts and connecting angles are installed on the back of sculpture stone surface material;the reinforcement on connecting corner is welded to connect with the internal structure;after the stone surface materials of the same layer are completely installed, that is to become the formwork for internal concrete pouring;after the internal concrete is poured, it will become an integrated one with the external stone surface. The scheme is successfully applied to the construction of the Buddha statue in Caoxi Cultural Square, Shaoguan, Guangdong Province, which ensures that the sculpture is completed according to the time limit required by the owner and has better social and economic benefits.
