摘要
为解决某医院项目黏滞阻尼器支架单件构件质量较大、预埋钢板厚度较厚等导致的吊装困难问题,将1套阻尼器支架拆分为3块后在施工现场重新组装成整体,使得吊装难度大大降低。对阻尼器钢构件支架的制作、预埋件的预埋、阻尼器吊装孔的预埋、支架的安装、阻尼器的安装等内容进行了详细叙述,以期为类似工程提供参考。
To solve the hoisting difficulties caused by the large mass of single component and thick embedded steel plate of the viscous damper support in a hospital project, the hoisting difficulty is greatly reduced by dividing one set of damper support into three pieces and reassembling them in the construction site. The production of the steel support, the embedment of the embedded parts, the embedment of the damper hoisting hole, the support installation and the damper installation are described in detail in order to provide reference for similar projects.
