摘要
在城市高速化发展进程中,建设资源节约、环境友好的城市发展模式,实行低碳城市发展战略,是实现城市可持续发展的需要。"公交都市"作为建设城市低碳出行的重要举措,对缓解城市拥堵、改善城市空间环境、提高城市发展质量等方面有着重要的影响。文章以昆明市为例,分析其现状问题,并根据昆明市创建公交都市的任务目标,探讨昆明创建公交都市的实施方案。
In the process of rapid urban development, building a resource-saving and environment-friendly urban development model and implementing a low-carbon city development strategy are required for the sustainable urban development. As an important measure for building urban low-carbon travel, the "transit city" has an important impact on alleviating urban congestion, improving the urban space environment, and improving the quality of urban development. Taking Kunming as an example, this paper analyzes the status quo and discusses Kunming’s objective of building a transit city, and then explores the implementation plan of Kunming to build a transit city.
