摘要
全国外贸行业面临转型升级,对跨境电商的人才需求巨大。传统人才培养方案侧重于理论培养,无法满足复合型人才发展需要。通过校企合作,企业参与人才培养,共同打造与行业紧密相连的、英语能力突出、应用能力强的复合型跨境电商人才。
The cross border E-Commerce talents are highly sought-after at the time of foreign trade transformation in China. Traditionally,the programme of e-commerce focuses on knowledge accumulation and can not satisfy to the needs of the job market. The paper argues that cultivate compound,industry-connected and practical talents with strong capability in English skills in cross border E-Commerce through School-enterprise cooperation.
