摘要
"互联网+"全面发展背景下高校心理教育工作的现状,主要包括:网络平台信息的复杂性,心理教育工作内容陈旧、形式单一,教师队伍设置存在问题。优化高校心理健康教育工作的有效途径包括:加强心理教育教师队伍建设,提升教师团队的信息素养;推进线上教育与线下教学的深度融合,开展多元化的心理教育活动;设置网络舆情监督体系,营造健康、和谐的网络文化环境。
The current situation of psychological education in universities under the background of the "Internet + "comprehensive development mainly includes: the complexity of information on the network platform,the obsolete contents of psychological education work,the single form,and the problems in the establishment of teaching staff. The effective ways to optimize the mental health education in colleges and universities include: strengthening the construction of mental education teachers,improving the information literacy of teachers;promoting the deep integration of online education and offline teaching,carrying out diversified mental education activities;setting up a network public opinion supervision system,and creating a healthy and harmonious network cultural environment.
