摘要
医院档案信息化管理建设的重要性主要包括有利于提升医院的服务质量,为日后的决策与服务提供参考,有利于信息的存储与查阅,是信息化时代的必然转化。找出了医院档案信息化管理建设过程中出现的问题:档案管理人员的素质较低,部分医疗工作者对此不够重视,相关制度不完善,监管不到位,资金与技术的支持力度不够。提出了医院档案信息化管理建设的正确做法:提升档案管理人员的能力与素质,明确医院档案管理信息化建设的重要性,制定相关制度,加强监督管理,国家与医院应加大资金与技术的投入。
The importance of the construction of hospital archives information management mainly includes improving the service quality of the hospital,providing reference for future decision-making and service,facilitating the storage and reference of information,which is the inevitable transformation of the information age. It finds out the problems in the construction of hospital archives information management: the quality of archives management personnel is low,some medical workers do not pay enough attention to it,the relevant system is not perfect,the supervision is not in place,and the financial and technical support is not enough. This paper puts forward the correct methods for the construction of hospital archives information management: to improve the ability and quality of archives management personnel,to clarify the importance of hospital archives management information construction,to formulate relevant systems,to strengthen supervision and management,the state and hospitals should increase investment in funds and technology.
