摘要
在依法治国的背景下,高校逐步建立、健全了法律顾问制度。在法律顾问的设置中,高校以选择由律师担任法律顾问者居多;与此同时作为律师来说,从事高校法律顾问工作也成为律师非诉业务中的重要内容。对于高校与律师双方而言,高校如何选聘律师担任其法律顾问,律师如何担任高校法律顾问都是非常值得研究的问题。厘清高校与律师之间的关系,研究目前法律顾问的现状、存在问题以及发展对策具有现实与理论意义。
Under the background of governing the country by law?colleges and universities have gradually established and improved the legal consultant system.In the establishment of legal advisers,most of them choose lawyers as legal advisers.At the same time,as a lawyer,the work of legal consultant in colleges and universities has become an important part of lawyers'non-litigation business.For universities and lawyers,how to select lawyers to serve as legal advisers and how to act as legal advisers are very worthy of study.It is of realistic and theoretical significance to clarify the relationship between universities and lawyers,and study the current situation,existing problems and development countermeasures of legal advisers.
