旅游产业与文化产业耦合发展的区域差异分析——基于赣州、龙岩和梅州三地客家的实证研究被引量：4

摘要本文以旅游产业和文化产业发展的综合评价指标体系为基础,利用赣州、龙岩和梅州2009-2017年相关指标的统计数据,估算赣龙梅三地旅游产业和文化产业的综合发展水平,并运用耦合协调度模型,考察二者之间的耦合协调关系。研究结果表明:(1)现阶段,赣州、龙岩和梅州旅游产业和文化产业发展属于旅游产业超前型,即旅游产业发展水平要高于文化产业发展水平;(2)2009-2017年期间,赣州、龙岩和梅州旅游和文化产业发展的耦合协调关系有所改善,由过去的严重失调衰退向濒临失调衰退转变,但整体上旅游产业和文化产业的耦合协调度仍处于失调状态,上升空间很大。因此,赣州、龙岩和梅州三地政府及相关部门应该从政策、人才、资金等方面加强对两大产业的重视和投入力度,进而实现两大产业协调发展。 Based on the comprehensive evaluation index system for the development of tourism industry and cultural industry,this paper uses the statistical data of the relevant indicators for 2009-2017 in Zhang zhou,Long yan and Mei zhou to estimate the comprehensive development level of the tourism industry and cultural industry in the three cities and apply them.Coupling coordination model was used to examine the coupling and coordination relationship between the two.The research results show that:(1)At this stage,the development of the tourism industry and cultural industry in Zhang zhou,Long yan,and Me izhou belongs to the tourism industry,namely,the development level of the tourism industry is higher than the development level of the cultural industry;(2)During the period of 2009-2017,the coupling and coordination of tourism and cultural industry development in Zhang zhou,Long yan,and Mei zhou has improved,shifting from the past serious declining recession to the impending misalignment,but overall the coupling of the tourism industry and the cultural industry has been coordinated.The degree is still in disorder and there is a lot of room for growth.Therefore,the governments and related departments of Zhang zhou,Long yan and Mei zhou should strengthen the emphasis and input on the two major industries from the aspects of policies,talents,funds,etc.,and then realize the coordinated development of the two major industries.
