摘要
目的探讨桃红四物汤、葛根芩连汤联合盆底康复训练对子宫直肠综合征患者临床疗效的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2019年2月在我院接受治疗的气滞血瘀型子宫直肠综合征患者108例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用桃红四物汤、葛根芩连汤联合盆底康复训练。比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤、葛根芩连汤联合盆底康复训练可有效提高子宫直肠综合征盆底康复治疗患者的临床疗效,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Taohongsiwu decoction and Gegen Qinlian decoction combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training for clinical efficacy of patients with uterorectal syndrome.Methods To select 108 cases of patients with uterorectal syndrome of flatulence gas and blood stasis type treated in our hospital from September 2017 to February 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group used taohongsiwu decoction and gegen qinlian decoction combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training to compare the clinical treatment effects of patients of the two groups.Results The clinical treatment effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of taohongsiwu decoction and gegen qinlian decoction combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training could effectively improve the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor rehabilitation in patients with uterorectal syndrome,so it is worth promoting.
