摘要
目的探讨短时强化饮水及水化护理用于防控心脏磁共振(MRI)检查后肾损伤的效果。方法选取本院2018年5月至2019年7月行心脏MRI检查患者62例为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规水化护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用短时强化饮水护理,比较两组肾功能指标、血清胱抑素C(CysC)、尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)变化及对比剂肾病发生率。结果心脏MRI检查后24 h,观察组血Cys C,β2-MG水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);检查后48 h,观察组CysC,Scr,β2-MG水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组检查后对比剂肾病发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论短时强化饮水及水化护理能够有效降低心脏MRI检查后对比剂肾损伤的发生率,检查后血清肾功能指标变化有助于机体恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of short-term intensive drinking water and hydration nursing for preventing kidney injury after cardiac magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination.Methods To select 62 cases of patients who underwent cardiac MRI examination in our hospital from May 2018 to July 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group was treated with conventional hydration care,and the observation group was treated with short-term intensive drinking water nursing to compare renal function indexes,serum cystatin C(Cys C),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),change ofβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG),and the incidence of nephropathy using contrast agent in the two groups.Results At 24 hours after cardiac MRI examination,the Cys C andβ2-MG levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 48 hours after examination,the Cys C,Scr andβ2-MG levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After examination,the incidence of nephropathy using contrast agent in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of short-term intensive drinking water and hydration nursing could effectively reduce the incidence of contrast agent-induced kidney injury after cardiac MRI examination.The changes in indexes of serum renal function after examination could help the body recover.
