摘要
动物性食品卫生病理学检验是食品质量与安全专业重要的专业基础课,对食品质量与安全专业学生今后从事生产实践和科研工作具有重要的指导意义。本文详细分析了传统教学法在动物性食品卫生病理学检验实验教学过程中存在的问题,结合项目教学法的特点,探讨将项目教学法应用到本课程中的必要性,项目教学法的实施,更有利于提高学生学习的主动性和积极性,从而提高本课程的教学水平和学生的综合素质。
Animal food hygiene pathology inspection is an important professional basic course for the specialty of food quality and safety.It has important guiding significance for the students of food quality and safety to engage in production practice and scientific research in the future.This paper analyzes the problems of traditional teaching methods in animal food hygiene and pathology testing,according to the characteristics of the project teaching method,discusses the necessity of the project teaching method is applied to this course.The implementation of the project teaching method is more conducive to improve students’learning initiative and enthusiasm,so as to improve the teaching level of the course and the students’comprehensive quality.
