摘要
目的探讨联合用药治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的潜在药品不良反应,保障用药安全。方法根据药品说明书、丁香园用药助手、《新编药物学》,以及中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库、Micromedex及UpToDate临床顾问等药品信息,结合临床药学实践经验,分析联合用药可能出现的相互作用和不良反应,以及药学监护要点。结果武汉方舱医院和抗疫定点医院常用36个药品品种存在较多相互作用,有发生潜在不良反应的可能性。中药注射剂和中药汤剂存在用药禁忌及注意事项,且中西药联用需加强药学监护。结论联合用药治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎存在较多潜在药品不良反应,中西药联合治疗需整体评估药物相互作用,个体化调整治疗方案,并加强药学监护。
Objective To investigate the potential adverse drug reactions(ADRs)in the patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)treated with combined medication,and to ensure the safety of medication.Methods According to the drug information from drug instruction,Drug Assistant of Dingxiangyuan,New Pharmacology,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database,Micromedex and UpToDate clinical consultant,combined with clinical pharmaceutical practice experience,the possible interactions and ADRs of the combined medication were analyzed,as well as the key points of pharmaceutical care.Results There were some interactions with each other in the 36 drugs commonly used for treating the COVID-19 in Wuhan fangcang hospitals and designated hospitals,which showed the possibility of potential ADRs.There were contraindications and precautions in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)injection and TCM decoction.When the patients were given the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,pharmaceutical care should be strengthened.Conclusion There are many potential ADRs in the patients with COVID-19 treated with combined medication,when the patients were given the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,the drug interaction should be evaluated as a whole,the treatment plan should be adjusted individual-ly,and the pharmaceutical care should be strengthened.
