摘要
目的:比较舒血宁联合长春西汀与单用长春西汀治疗血管认知功能障碍(VCI)的效果。方法:回顾性分析2016年4月-2018年5月在北票市中心医院治疗的87例VCI患者的临床资料。根据治疗方式不同将患者分为对照组(n=43,单独采用长春西汀治疗)与试验组(n=44,采用舒血宁联合长春西汀治疗)。比较两组脑血流灌注情况、血清学指标以及认知功能。结果:试验组的脑血流灌注指标MCA的Vmax、Vmin、Qmean及RI均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的血清学指标LPO、VEGF、BDN均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的认知功能HDS、MMSE评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁联合长春西汀治疗VCI效果确切,但是该研究的样本较少,存在一些不足,有待改进。
Objective: To compare the effect of Shuxuening combined with Vinpocetine and Vinpocetine alone for the treatment of patients with vascular cognitive impairment(VCI). Method: The clinical data of 87 patients with VCI treated in Beipiao Central Hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into control group(n=43, Vinpocetine alone was used for treatment) and experimental group(n=44, Shuxuining combined with Vinpocetine was used for treatment) according to different treatment methods. The cerebral blood perfusion, serological indicators and cognitive function of two groups were compared. Result: The indexes of cerebral blood flow perfusion, MCA Vmax, Vmin, Qmean and RI in the experiment group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The indexes of serological LPO, VEGF, BDN in the experiment group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The cognitive functions HDS and MMSE score in the experiment group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shuxuening combined with Vinpocetine in the treatment of VCI, the effect is accurate, but the samples in this study are few, there are some shortcomings to be improved.
