摘要
目的:探讨肝癌患者血清辅助性T细胞(Th)1/Th2相关因子与免疫功能的相关性及其临床意义研究。方法:选择2016年1月-2019年3月本院收治的肝癌患者210例作为观察组,并选取同期医院其他科室进行健康体检的210例健康人作为对照组。比较两组T淋巴细胞水平及血清中Th1、Th2相关因子水平,分析血清中Th1、Th2相关因子水平与T淋巴细胞水平的相关性。结果:观察组CD3^+、CD4^+及CD16^+/CD65^+NK均低于对照组,而CD8^+高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血清干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素(IL)-12因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-4、IL-6、IL-10因子水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);肝癌患者TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-12因子水平与CD3^+、CD4^+及CD16^+/CD65^+NK水平均呈正相关,与CD8^+均呈负相关(P<0.05);肝癌患者IL-4、IL-6、IL-10因子水平与CD3^+、CD4^+及CD16^+/CD65^+NK水平均呈负相关,与CD8^+均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:肝癌患者血清Th1/Th2相关因子与免疫功能关系密切,肝癌患者血清中的Th1/Th2水平失调会影响相关因子水平的变化,Th1/Th2相关因子水平可指导临床判断与治疗,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum helper T cell(Th)1/Th2 related factors and immune function in patients with liver cancer and its clinical significance.Method:A total of 210 patients with liver cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the observation group.Meanwhile,210 cases underwent physical examination in other Departments of our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of T lymphocytes and Th1 and Th2 related factors in serum of the two groups were compared,and the correlation between Th1 and Th2 related factors in serum and T lymphocyte level was analyzed.Result:CD3^+,CD4^+and CD16^+/CD65^+NK in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the CD8^+was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,serum interferon(IFN)-γ,interleukin(IL)-12 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Levels of TNF-α,IFN-γand IL-12 were positively correlated with levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD16^+/CD65^+NK,and negatively correlated with CD8^+(P<0.05).The levels of IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10 were negatively correlated with CD3^+,CD4^+and CD16^+/CD65^+NK,and positively correlated with CD8^+(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum Th1/Th2 related factors in liver cancer patients are closely related to immune function,and the imbalance of Th1/Th2 level in liver cancer patients will affect the changes of related factors,and Th1/Th2 related factors can guide clinical judgment and treatment,which is worthy of promotion and application.
