摘要
目的探究儿童变应性鼻炎舌下脱敏治疗的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析医院2015年7月—2018年7月于医院接受治疗的变应性鼻炎患儿600例。依据点刺试验结果分为双螨组300例与粉尘螨组300例,对比分析粉尘螨组治疗前后用药评分、症状评分及VAS评分,并对两组用药评分、症状评分及VAS评分进行比较。结果治疗后,粉尘螨组患儿用药评分、症状评分及VAS评分明显低于治疗前,有统计学差异,P<0.05。双螨组与粉尘螨组患儿治疗后用药评分、症状评分及VAS评分比较,无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论儿童变应性鼻炎舌下脱敏治疗效果显著,粉尘螨脱敏治疗双螨过敏与粉尘螨过敏疗效基本一致。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of sublingual desensitization in children with allergic rhinitis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 600 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2018.According to the results of the prick test,300 patients in the double sputum group and 300 patients in the dust mites group were compared.The drug score,symptom score and VAS score before and after treatment were compared.The drug score,symptom score and VAS score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the medication score,symptom score and VAS score of the children in the dust mites group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the medication score,symptom score and VAS score between the children of the double sputum group and the dust mites group(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of sublingual desensitization in children with allergic rhinitis is significant.The efficacy of dust mite desensitization in treating allergic reactions to both eyes and dust mite is basically the same.
