摘要
目前,汽车空调系统大多采用R134a制冷剂,而随着环境问题的日益突出,R134a对环境的负面影响也越来越受到关注。R290凭借其GWP值低、汽化潜热较高以及价格低廉的优势,成为汽车空调制冷剂的热门替代产品。然而,由于R290的可燃性,使其在进一步的推广应用中受到了诸多局限性。利用一套现有电动汽车空调热泵实验系统,探究R290制冷剂性能特点,结合R290系统特点分析其主要危险源,并根据一些国际国内相应可燃制冷剂使用标准,规范系统运行操作章程,建立应急处理步骤,旨在对系统安全策略进行优化。
At present,most of automotive air-conditioning systems use R134a as refrigerant,and with the increasingly serious environmental problems,the negative impact of R134a on the environment has also attracted more and more attention.Therefore,finding a suitable alternative refrigerant to R134a is urgent.R290,with its low GWP,high latent heat of vaporization,and low price,has become a popular alternative to automotive air-conditioning refrigerants.However,due to the flammability of R290,its further application has been limited.Used an existing electric vehicle air conditioning heat pump experimental system,to explore the performance characteristics of R290 refrigerant,combined with the characteristics of the R290 system to analyze its main hazards.And according to some international and domestic corresponding flammable refrigerants use standards,regulate the systematic operation charter,develop emergency handling steps to optimize system security policies.
