摘要
通过对阿斯塔纳墓出土的四块唐代印花纱工艺研究分析,笔者根据"碱剂印花"的工艺原理,在生丝面料上进行样品实验,对生丝脱胶显花工艺在手工印染产品中的多元运用做出尝试,获得了独特的面料花色及质感风格,并将其运用于时装及纺织品设计。希望通过从考古文献→传统工艺研究→样品实验→设计转化应用这一技术路径,以研究传统工艺方法为切入点,习古创新,启迪设计思考,指导实践应用。
Based on the research and analysis of four printed silk of the Tang Dynasty unearthed from Astana tomb,the author carried out sample experiments on raw silk fabrics according to the technological principle of"alkali agent printing".The author tried to make multiple applications of raw silk degumming and developing process in hand printed and dyed products to obtain unique fabric color and texture style and applied it to fashion and textile design.It is hoped that through the technical path of archaeological literature,traditional process research,sample experiment,design and application,we can enlighten design thinking and guide practical application by studying the traditional process methods.
