摘要
目前,我国煤质活性炭生产企业规模普遍偏小,环境污染现象较为突出。部分地区排放标准较为宽松,煤质活性炭生产企业排气筒数量众多。本文简要分析了煤质活性炭生产工艺、产排污节点及排气筒设置,给出了排气筒设置的优化建议。
At present, domestic coal-based activated carbon production enterprises are generally small in scale and have relatively prominent environmental pollution. Emission standards in some areas are relatively loose, and there are many exhaust cylinders for coal-based activated carbon manufacturers. This paper briefly analyzed the produc tion process of coal-based activated carbon, the production and discharge nodes, and the exhaust pipe settings, and gave the optimization suggestions for the exhaust pipe settings.
