摘要
采用双套盆法,以丝瓜品种‘江蔬1号’为材料,研究了不同时间(淹水0、14、21 d和恢复7 d后)和不同程度淹水处理(根淹、半淹)后丝瓜幼苗生长及呼吸代谢的变化规律。结果显示:与对照相比,淹水胁迫下丝瓜幼苗生长受到抑制,叶绿素含量降低,相对电导率、MDA含量、O2·^-产生速率、H2O2含量、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性、乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活性、脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量均升高,而苹果脱氢酶(MDH)活性显著降低;半淹处理丝瓜幼苗的上述指标的变化幅度显著大于根淹处理的,且淹水14 d后与淹水21 d后测定的各指标有显著性差异。
The change rule of the plant growth and respiratory metabolism were studied under different treatment times(0,14,21 d,recovery 7 d)and different levels(root flooded and half submerged)of the luffa variety‘Jiangshu No 1’.The results showed that the plant growth were inhibited,the chlorophyll contents and the malate dehydrogenase(MDH)activities were decreased,while MDA contents,O2·^-producing rate and H2O2 content,the activities of the lactate dehygrogrnase(LDH)and alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH),contents of proline and soluble sugar were significantly increased.The change of half submerged was significantly higher than that of root flooded,and there was a significant difference between the indexes measured after 14 days and 21 days of submersion.
