摘要
为优化高速道岔可动心轨转换扳动力计算,基于有限元理论分别建立可动心轨轨腰作用力计算模型和外锁闭装置受力计算模型,提出一种计算可动心轨锁闭装置锁闭力的方法。以高速18号单开道岔及外锁闭装置为研究对象,比较心轨转换过程中锁闭力与既有研究心轨轨腰力的差异,探究夹异物大小、位置及滑床板摩擦因数对心轨转换锁闭力的影响。研究结果表明:外锁闭装置对心轨转换影响显著,锁闭过程求解所得锁闭力远小于心轨轨腰作用力;当某牵引点处或该牵引点附近存在夹异物时,对该牵引点处的锁闭力有较大的影响,对其他牵引点的锁闭力影响较小;锁闭力随夹异物尺寸的增加而明显增大,牵引点处夹异物大于4 mm时将导致2个牵引点无法转换到位;牵引点处锁闭力随滑床板摩擦因数的增加而增大。
In order to optimize the dynamic calculation of high-speed turnout movable rail switch,the calculation model of movable rail waist force and external locking device force were established respectively based on the finite element theory.And a method of calculating locking force of movable rail locking device was proposed.Taking the high-speed No.18 single switch and its external locking device as the research object,this paper compared the difference between the locking force during the conversion process of the heart rail and the existing research on the waist force of the heart rail,and explored the influence of the size,position and friction coefficient of the clamping foreign body on the locking force of the heart rail conversion.The results show that the external locking device has a significant influence on the conversion of the center rail.When a foreign body is clamped at or near a traction point,it has a great influence on the locking force at the traction point,but a small influence on the locking force at other traction points.The locking force increases obviously with the increase of the size of the foreign body clip.When the foreign body clip at the traction point is larger than 4 mm,the two traction points cannot be converted into position.The locking force at the traction point increases with the increase of friction coefficient of slide plate.
