摘要
为了研究外加偏置磁场对层叠磁电复合材料磁电系数(αME)的影响,文章利用COMSOL有限元分析软件建立了磁致伸缩/压电/磁致伸缩层叠复合材料三维模型,分析了施加交-直流偏置磁场对磁电复合材料αME的影响。结果表明:交流偏置磁场强度(Hac)的幅值对磁电复合材料的αME没有影响,但频率对αME影响较大,存在谐振频率140 kHz;磁电复合材料的αME随直流偏置磁场强度(Hdc)的增加而先增大后减小,存在最优值。文章设计了一套复合材料磁电系数的测试系统,实验测试了Hdc对磁电复合材料αME的影响,结果表明,在实验测试范围内,实验结果与仿真结果基本吻合。
In order to study the influence of exerted bias magnetic field on the magnetoelectric coefficient(αME)of laminated magnetoelectric composites,the three-dimensional model of magnetostrictive/piezoelectric/magnetostrictive laminated composites was established by COMSOL software.And the influence of AC/DC magnetic field on theαME of magnetoelectric composites was analyzed.The results show that the AC bias magnetic field(Hac)has little influence on theαME,while its frequency has significant influence with the optimum value of 140 kHz.TheαME increases first and then decreases with the increase of the DC bias magnetic field(Hdc),and an optimum value exists.Finally,a testing system for measuring the magnetoelectric coefficient of composite materials was designed,and the influence of DC magnetic field on theαME of magnetoelectric composites was measured.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results in the given conditions.
