基于实测载荷谱的高速列车轮轴剩余寿命分析 被引量:4

Study on residual life of high-speed train axle based on measured load spectrum

摘要 针对检修周期内轮轴是否会发生破坏断裂的问题,研究了轮轴的裂纹扩展寿命.通过标定试验与线路实测试验,采用数据处理分析软件统计出了各个载荷下车轮旋转出现频次,得到了中国标准动车组测力轮对载荷谱.将最恶劣工况的载荷谱作为裂纹扩展分析的输入载荷,利用裂纹扩展分析软件计算了含裂纹的车轴在不同扩展阶段的应力强度因子,结合疲劳裂纹扩展理论估算了车轴上不同初始形状的裂纹扩展到临界尺寸时的扩展寿命,为保证检修周期内车轴不发生破坏断裂提供了科学参考.结果表明:裂纹初始深度相同的情况下,裂纹形状越扁平,车轴剩余寿命越短,裂纹扩展门槛值对裂纹扩展寿命影响较大. To find out the problem that if the rail axle would break within the repair cycle,the crack propagation life of the axle is studied.Through the calibration test and the rail measurement,the data analysis software is used to calculate the frequency of wheel rotation under various load levels,and the load spectrum of the CRH instrumented wheelsets is compiled.Taking the measured load spectrum under the worst conditions as input,the stress intensity factors of axle with cracks under differing phases are calculated using the crack propagation analysis software,and the crack propagation life of the axle between the initial shapes of crack and its critical size is evaluated based on a theory for fatigue crack propagation.This ensures that the axle is not fractured within the repair cycle.The results show that when the initial crack depth is the same,the longer the crack shape appears,the shorter the residual life is,and the crack propagation threshold has a great impact on the residual life.
