摘要
将麦麸分别用草酸(H2C2O4)、氢氧化钠(NaOH)加无水乙醇、浓硫酸(H2SO4)改性,制得3种改性麦麸吸附剂。经筛选比较后,确定采用氢氧化钠(NaOH)加无水乙醇改性的麦麸吸附性能最佳。结果表明,当吸附剂的投加量为6 g/L,吸附时间为75 min,Cu^2+初始浓度为50 mg/L,pH=5时,改性麦麸对水中Cu^2+的吸附效果最佳,最大吸附量为26.38 mg/g。扫描电镜下,经NaOH改性后的麦麸表面变得比较光滑,并出现很多褶皱,红外光谱图显示改性后的麦麸中出现了新的基团,如C≡C、C-H,且这些基团参与了吸附过程。
The wheat bran is modified with oxalic acid(H2C2O4),sodium hydroxide(NaOH),absolute ethanol,and concentrated sulfuric acid(H2SO4) to prepare 3 types modified wheat bran adsorbents.After screening and comparison,we have found that the adsorption performance of wheat bran modified with sodium hydroxide(NaOH) and absolute ethanol is the best.The results show that when the dosage of adsorbent is 6 g/L,the adsorption time is 75 min,the initial concentration of Cu^2+ is 50 mg/L and pH=5,the modified wheat bran has the optimum adsorption effect on Cu^2+ in wastewater,with the maximum adsorption amount of 26.38 mg/g.Under the scanning electron microscope,the surface of the wheat bran becomes smoother after being modified by NaOH,and many wrinkles appear.Infrared spectra show that new groups are formed in the modified wheat bran,such as C≡C,C-H,which may be involved in the adsorption process.
