摘要
目的:探讨以质管办牵头,医务部、护理部、检验科等多学科协作,运用PDCA管理手段在检验前标本采集质量改进中的应用效果。方法:医院以WS/T496-2017《临床实验室质量指标》发布落实为契机,将临床标本规范化采集管理列为院级年度重点质量持续改进项目,积极调动多学科协作共同管理,对2017年7月?2018年12月期间全院不合格标本每月进行统计分析,并利用PDCA手段进行管理,比较实施前后标本采集的不合格率。结果:检验前标本采集不合格率由干预前(2017年7月~2017年12月)的1.50‰降低至干预后(2018年7月~2018年12月)的0.90‰,P<0.01.结论:通过多学科协作实施PDCA管理手段后,全院临床标本采集规范性明显提高,标本采集不合格发生率显著降低.
Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control office led by multidisciplinary cooperation such as medical department,nursing department,laboratory-department,etc.,using PDCA management methods to improve the quality of specimen collecrion before examination.To explore the application effect of PDCA management method on improving the quality of specimen collection before examination,which is led by quality control office and based on multidisciplinary cooperation such as medical department,nursing department,laboratory department,etc.Methods:The hospital took the opportunity to release and implement the "Clinical Laboratory Quality Indicators"(WS/T 496-2017)as an opportunity to standardize the collection and management of clinical specimens as a key annual continuous quality improvement project at the hospital level,and actively mobilized multidisciplinary collaboration and common management.During the period from July 2017 to December 2018,the unqualified specimens of the hospital were statistically analyzed every month,and the PDCA method was used to manage the unqualified specimens before and after the implementation.The hospital took the release and implementation of"Clinical Laboratory Quality Indicators"(WS/T 496-2017)as an opportunity to highlight standardizing the collection and management of clinical specimens.Multidisciplinary collaboration management was actively motivated and the unqualified specimens in the hospital were statistically analyzed monthly from July 2017 to December 2018.PDCA method was implemented and the unqualified rate of specimen collection was compared before and after the implementation.Results;The pre-test specimen collection failure rate decreased from 1.50‰ before intervention(July 2017-December 2017)to 0.90‰ after intervention(July 2018-December 2018),P<0.01.Conclusion:After the implementation of PDCA management methods through multidisciplinary cooperation,the standardization of clinical specimen collection in the hospital has significantly improved,and the incidence of unqualified specimen collection has been significantly reduced.
