摘要
泊沙康唑是第二代三唑类抗真菌药物,在侵袭性真菌病的预防和治疗领域适用范围广泛。本共识对泊沙康唑的临床药理特性、现有临床研究资料以及编写组专家的临床应用经验进行了系统的复习和总结,在此基础上对其临床应用做出了全面建议,这些建议涉及了泊沙康唑在预防和治疗侵袭性真菌病中的临床应用原则、在特殊人群中的使用原则、治疗药物监测、不良反应的监测及处理等方面。
As a second-generation triazole antifungal drug,posaconazole has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of invasive fungal diseases.Based on the comprehensive review of the pharmalogical characteristics and available clinical research data of posaconazole,as well as the related clinical experience of the experts in the working group,the consensus makes the recommendations on the clinical applicaiton of posaconazole,which involve its application principles in the prevention and treatment of invasive fungal diseases,the use principles in special populations,therapeutic drugs monitoring,the monitoring and treatment of adverse drug reactions.
