摘要
顺槽带式输送机是煤矿运输系统的重要组成部分,其机头部目前广泛使用的地锚结构工序繁杂、费时费力,影响工作面回采效率。采用无基础锚固技术,实现锚固系统智能控制、锚固装置智能补压,工作状态实时监控,可为矿井高产高效生产提供可靠保障,是带式输送机机头锚固的发展趋势。
The belt conveyer is an important integrant in mine transporting system. The way of conveyer installation is to anchor the head in ground,which wastes more time and energy always,so the installation of belt conveyer now suppresses the improvement of mining efficiency. Anchoring without foundation will be the trend of belt conveyer installation by the intelligent control,automatic pressure compensation and working state real-time monitoring,the anchoring mean would provide the reliable assurance to coal mine production,it is the development trend of head anchoring of belt conveyor.
